Ok so I have a question.. hopefully someone knows. I received an RFE for my i129f and I've called USCIS to request an additional copy because my address changed. 30 days after they send me a letter stating that "they haven't received a response" and that "they will mail another copy" however, the RFE wasn't enclosed and there was no other mail from them. I talked to 3 different case officers and each one tell me something different. One told me "it should have been enclosed" another told me that "we wait a few days before sending the RFE" then another told me that "we use two separate places when mailing an RFE" so which is it!? Have they mailed it or not? What do I need to do?
