Hi there. In December I applied to extend my B1/B2 visa and I got a request of evidence. I responded the request and 3 days later I sent my application of adjust of status. Today I got a letter saying they denied my application to extend my B1/B2 visa because I am an intend immigrant and have an adjust of status pending. Will it affect my case?

I don't know if it will affect your case, but I can't help but wonder, did you apply for extension before or after AOS? if after I have to ask WHY IN THE WORLD did you apply for extension of your student visa with a AOS pending? You have the right to stay here as long as your case is been precessed, no matter if your visa is expired or not.

Personally I don't think that it will affect your AOS, will send you all good vibes for it!

Good luck!

I applied before AOS to spend more time with my girlfriend and during that time we decided to get marriage.

Okay, so in this case it might even be a good factor for your case, it shows that you didn't came here with the intention of getting married.

Good luck and congratulations on the marriage!
