During an interview with President Donald J. Trump’s new White House Communications Director Anthony Scaramucci, Tapper inflated his background to make it seem as though he was more in touch with people with working- and middle-class beginnings than he really is. At one point late in the lengthy and testy interview—where Scaramucci even offered to bring CNN some Kleenex to wipe away its tears after what he says will be President Trump’s re-election victory in 2020—Scaramucci was discussing how he stands with the “people I grew up with.”

It is all a matter of their point of view.  Tapper's upper class upbringing probably feels like a middle class environment to him even though it clearly wasn't.  It is either that, or Brian Williams is teaching pathological lying classes with Hillary as a visiting professor.

JERUSALEM — During yesterday’s State of the Union program on CNN, host Jake Tapper wildly asserted that “every intelligence expert, both under the Obama administration and under the Trump administration” agrees with the assessment that Russia attempted to interfere in the 2016 presidential election.

Tapper did not explain how he concluded that “every intelligence expert, both under the Obama administration and under the Trump administration” made such an assessment.

No known survey has been conducted among “every intelligence expert, both under the Obama administration and under the Trump administration” to determine whether they agree with the Russia interference charges. It is also not clear what qualifies an individual to be considered “an intelligence expert.”

Tapper also misleadingly asserted that the alleged Russia interference was affirmed in a “unanimous consensus of the intelligence community.”

The U.S. intelligence community consists of 17 agencies, but only three assessed charges that Russia interfered in the 2016 presidential election. Former CIA Director John Brennan previously testified about the highly compartmentalized nature of that assessment within those three agencies – the FBI, CIA and National Security Agency.

If the mainstream media wants to know why they no longer possess any moral authority with the American people, why they no longer have the influence they once did to shape public opinion and the outcome of elections, why their approval rating is half that of President Trump's, the past four days, in which one of their very own attacked White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders as a "butch queen," will help to explain that.

On Friday, after it was announced that Sanders would take over for Sean Spicer as press secretary, Ira Madison III, a culture writer at the leftwing Daily Beast, used his verified Twitter account to publish a photo of Sanders with the following attack, "Butch queen first time in drags at ball.”

 



As you might expect, in the age of New Media, where the MSM no longer controls the means of information distribution that once allowed them to keep inconvenient information like ths from reaching the public, Madison's tweet was met with instant outrage on social media. Betsy Rothstein of the Daily Caller first picked up the story, and before long other new media outlets like Newsbusters, the Washington Times, and Fox News were all over it.

The fact that a journalist who works for a major online publication attacked a sitting press secretary in such a demeaning and public way is of course news. And yet…

A good faith look through the Google machine shows that not a single mainstream media outletpicked the story up.

Not one.

Nothing at CNN.

Not a peep from Politico.

Not a sound from NBC News.

Not a squeak from The Washington Post.

Not a squeal from The New York Times.

But DailyMail.com can disclose significant facts which are entirely missing from the fact-checking website's version of events - including the fraud allegations against Mikkeslon.

Snopes.com was started by David Mikkelson and his ex-wife Barbara in the mid-1990s as a website that debunked myths and urban legends.

In recent years, it has started to delve into the area of politics and 'fact-checking' so-called 'fake news' stories.

After the presidential election, Snopes was chosen by Facebook to sit on a panel of arbiters who would determine whether news stories posted to the social media site were 'fake news.'

But at the same time, DailyMail.com revealed in December, the two co-founders were involved in a bitter divorce battle in which he was accused of embezzling nearly $100,000 in company funds to spend on personal expenses and prostitutes.

Barbara asked a court at the time to restrict Mikkelson's bank access, claiming his wild spending was going to deplete the company's accounts.

Now an advertising and internet services company called Proper Media is making similar accusations against Mikkelson in a lawsuit filed in May in California which is scheduled for a court hearing next month.
