We've submitted it a few times twice to the uscis and once to the Consular by postal service and I'm also taking copies with us . I was told that it was suppose to be sent before the interview. May I ask who filled out all the forms for immigration, was a lawyer involved ?

The reason we submitted it more than once was because when we sent in the provisional waiver of unlawful presences we had not yet filed taxes for 2016 so we redid it once it was approved so they would have updated copies

The checklist states you need one I would try and see if you can maybe get a copy and if unable to maybe take your most recent transcripts and taxes and copy of w2.
