can i expedite my case because of education?

so i will like to know if i could expedite my case because i want to be in the us before 9th of august because that day I star classes, i will not like to loss a school year. I don't know if is a good idea because some people said that if they dont approve it your case will star again on nvc and u should wait more. I have not yet receive my complete case email.

What visa are you trying for?  Your profile says Adjustment of Status, but that is for those already in the USA.

In general, i is not a good reason for an expedite, as you can start a semester later.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

The waiting time does not start over at all it just keeps going as usual. Why did you choose to try a K3 visa? The K3 visas are pretty much not used anymore and it will revert to a CR-1 visa which is about a year right now. Also please fill out your timeline.
