I had my interview today. Appointment was 1.30pm. I got there at 1.20pm got checked in and waited with 1.44pm  before I was called it. The IO was really cool. He asked the yes/no questions. Then turned to my wife and asked her my date and place of birth which she answered. He then turned over to me and asked my wife's date and place of birth which I answered. He then went through the documents in our folder and asked about my Gonorrhoea test. I told him I did it. But he said my medical results are all great except for the gonorrhea test which is absent. That I have to do it. He type a request for evidence and handed to me. He said, he needs just a gonorrhea test because the other tests are good. He asked whether I have any questions. I asked about what's the status of my case. He said it looks good. That all he needs is the gonorrhea test. When they get the gonorrhea test results they will give me updates on my case. My wife asked for a letter to take to her manager at work because she requested a letter. The IO quickly typed the letter,  signed it and gave her and we left. The interview lasted about 1hour. But it was great

Hi Kersac,

I am glad everything went well with your interview. Was the gonorrhoea test not included on the exam?

It was included and I did it. I guess his problem was the old i-693 form. He kept insisting that the gonorrhea results should be documented on the new form. I went back to the doctor who did the medical examinations and he simply reported the all the results all over including the gonorrhea results on the new i-693 form and I mailed it to the dallas local office on Friday as I was told to do. So, now I will wait to hear from them.

I need to take the exam before my interview. My lawyer recommended to not take it until the interview was schedule. When you book your appointment did you just inform them of the 693 form? And did you have to print the form or did they have it in the office?

I didn't book. The clinic dies walk in for uscis medical exams and they have the 693 forms. All I had to do is walk in there with your money. Most insurance companies do not cover uscis exams

You have to do it aleast 3 days before your appointment .. since they do the  TB test that is a 2 day process . We went to  Dr. Simon Lim she is the cheapest around since insurance doesn't cover this exam . At this office They give you a copy for yourself and a sealed copy for immigration . Good luck !
