Hi everyone..,I'm from Davao City Philippines..My fiance will arrive August this year 2017(2nd trip).and we are going to gather our documents and evidence requirements if he is here already. From Davao,I'm going to Manila to pick him up from the airport Manila..and stay for 3days,before going back to Davao..after 2weeks stay in the Philippines he will go back to usa and bring what we prepared for packet for k1/k2 visa.

My question is,,can I get police certificate  japan embassy Manila too early?without any letter from  us embassy or noa1 yet while I'm there in Manila?(I've worked before in.japan 2005 ...)

If yes ,,Is that acceptable to usem, the early date of police clearance from Japan embassy?

,,how many months before expiration the police clearance From.japan ?

If not,,,what is.the best thing to do ,to get police certificate?before interview, and what should I bring requirements from usem to get police certificate japan?

Thanks for reading ,hope you can help me.this...God bless...

too early. from filing the k1 to approval is taking roughly 6-8 months. most police certificates need to be fresh when you interview. so your police certificate may have already expired by the time you get to the interview stage.

i don't know exactly what the validity is for japan police clearance is though. what you can do while you are in manila is to go to the japan embassy and inquire what the process is to get the police certificate, how long they will take to issue it, what documents or forms you need to bring, and how long the validity will be etc. ask all your questions there. that way, when the time comes and you are ready to get it, then you are prepared and you know what to do and what lead time you need.

when you are getting a police certificate in japan they are asking for case number or more like a notification from the embassy - I didn't check in detail yet. And the records are sealed. (I am a foreigner applying from japan btw)

Call the embassy to learn if they would give it without a case number or any specific explanation.

You already checked it 😊 Good luck with everything!
