A Ukrainian political party tied to Russia had paid President Trump’s campaign chairman for help branding itself as warming toward the European Union.

Yep, the press is free. This has nothing to do with a big bad government takeover of the so called respected media sources, but rather a realistic skepticism of their ulterior political motives that they carry themselves, and are expressed in their journalism.

So it is OK to yell fake news if you are of one political view, but never ever claim that the NY Times, or WaPo are possibly printing fake news?  Got it, Ii will follow the narrative.

try not following a narrative, you seem to be hung up on that. i've posted breitbart articles before..it's all about doing your own research - not screaming 'fake news' whenever you read something that doesn't fit your narrative - which right now, from what i can tell..is whatever trump calls fake, is fake. how absolutely convenient for this administration.

Umm, yes, I did my research, but those with their own narrative simply dismiss it, so I guess it is fair play to be able to do the same.  Besides, I do enjoy reading stories from HuffPo and Salon as well, especially reading the wonderful comments section.

I think Bill called it "old news" wich is more insulting than fake news. 

The truth tellers cannot win. The gang from the right wing version of "Punk'd" gets a shout out from the white house press office, Wapo supports tax dodges and every one lies but Trump.  Winning

It was old news.  Seems the NY Times is lagging.  I heard they are being sued by Sarah Palin for defamation and she may actually have a case for malice.  Maybe she will be owning the paper soon.

I think it's old news too, and since it's being reported by the news media, it's something that warrants further investigation.

 

It's amazing how these links between Russian money and Trump keep appearing, and without the so-called president's tax returns, the American people really must rely on what is reported.

I don't know. Has anyone released Trump's tax returns? Last I heard he had lied about releasing them. Has he changed his story or the lie still stands?
