If your case is good then your case will be reaffirm and send back to NVC and back to the embassy, that is what I knew .

How many months did your case been in USCIS before asking you to call them 30 days ?

Hi We had similar situation. Embassy sent our case to USCIS and we fought back .. after almost 18 months we were able to get second interview and approval. Check my profile for more details on the process.

They deny for everything .. well we were on speculation untill we got Notice from USCIS.

We read the notice and we were angry at first for the person who lied about me but then we laughed 'coz everything that was mentioned there was baseless and we felt pity towards their pathetic life.  All I needed was proof.

1. Death certificate of my parents .. which i obtained after that notice. I never thought i would need that coz since last 15 years i was living on my own without having any one to call dad or mom and never needed it.

2. Got affidavits from my friends in India, Nepal and My school in Nepal how they gave me a scholarship after my parent's death and how I used to stay at hostel during my summer holidays 'coz i had no where to go.

3. Got affidavits from colleagues from my old work stating how my boss lied about me. And what they knew.

With all these we were able to revoke the decision made by Delhi embassy. We also lawyered up and my wife made her trips as regular as she can.. We met three times after we were denied and spend 3 - 4 weeks every time.

Second time Delhi Embassy saw how dedicated we were to each other and what my wife means to me. How I too supported her to lawyer up and how we made our trips to be together. Finally,  with God grace and love from friends and family, we are granted visa. I am heading home with my wife in another 5 days to be around her forever.

I can't thank god enough for his kindness towards us and I can't thank enough VJ for all the support
