Lets share our story in case of RFE in march Filers

March 3 sent AOS

March 26 RFE received(tax issue)

March 30 sent back

April 5 they received Rfe

April 9 touched

You and i have almost identical timelines, i mean they are a day or two apart from each other...

AOS/EAD

March 2nd- Sent package

March 7th- Receipt date/ checks cashed

March 15th- Notice of Biometrics for March 28th

March 16th- RFE for AOS posted online, still waiting for the actual letter in mail.

March 23rd- RFE letters arrived.

March 28th- Had Biometrics, all went smoothly.

April 9th- Informed that case processing has been resumed.

April 24th- AOS Transferred to CSC.

May 18th- Got the case pending at CSC email.

May 24th- EAD APPROVED.

Mine is also almost identical to yours. The only difference is when we sent the RFE back because it arrived whenever we were on vacation.

12/14/2006--- Mailed EAD App.

01/20/2007--- Biometrics

02/09/2005-------Sent in request to Congressional office for assistance with expediting EAD.

02/13/2007 -------- EAD Approved!

02/26/2007 - ------EAD received

Removal of Conditions:

05/12/2009 -- Overnighted application by USPS express mail (VSC).

05/14/2009 -- Green Card expired.

05/23/2009 --- Check cleared bank.

05/26/2009 -- Received NOA (NOA date May 15, 2009, guess they aren't deporting me).

05/29/2009- Biometrics Notice date

06/01/2009- Received Biometrics Letter

06/18/2009 - Biometrics

09/23/2009 - date of decision to approve (letter received), just waiting for card. No online updates whatsoever.

24 March 2009 I-751 received by USCIS

27 March 2009 Check Cashed

30 March 2009 NOA received

8 April 2009 Biometric notice arrived by mail

24 April 2009 Biometrics scheduled

26 April 2009 Touched

...once again waiting

1 September 2009 (just over 5 months) Approved and card production ordered.

I agree. Surely any RFEs for March filers should be left in the March Filers thread instead. All these monthly/RFE/I ran out of toilet paper in February threads are getting a bit OTT and silly?

Sure just cram everything into monthly threads that get 30+ pages long. People should just stop playing thread cop imo.
