Thank you for the positive comment.  I am trying to stay positive, but the best thing for me is to try to forget about it because it bothers me when i start to think about it.  Even the congresswoman clerk who told me to contact her after she submitted the case expedite wouldn't even reply to my email.  Just to let you know, i have bothering others or asking anyone for anything.  I sent her a follow up email which is my first email since meeting her in person in March, i sent her an email 3 weeks ago...( 22 days ago asking her if she followed up like she promised).  Then yesterday i sent her my second email asking her for the same thing.  So i waited 21 days to send her my second email.  Both emails are short and brief, but i am not sure why she hasn't replied.  I plan to wait a month from today to reach out to her.  That way i am sending her an email once a month.  Or i might go to her office and see what's stopping her from at least replying to my email.

I know she's helpless and not a nice person, but i voted for the congresswoman she works for and it's not a favor she's doing for me trying to assist me, that's her responsibility to assist her voters

I admire your persistence and trying to this extent. Good job Dilaw. Please notify us of the result. I'm praying for all of us.

Do you have anyone checking your mailbox for you? We opted for text and email notifications as well and our status just didn't change online. All we got was the NOA-2 in the mail.

yes, I have family checking the mailbox daily for me, I also have the email and text notifications turned on. It is a pain to just sit and wait but it is something we all must do...... unfortunately!

Thank you and i will update the group.  Good luck to all of us

Good luck to you also, One thing that USCIS has taught me is to be patient, I did not know that they are taking up to 9 months to process I-130's, thank you for mentioning that. I assumed that they were still within the 5-6 month window.

Awesome, good luck! We didnt get any emails or texts from USCIS even though we opted for them as well. Since the status didn't change online, my heart stopped when I saw the USCIS envelope, I thought it might be an RFE but it was our notice of approval!!

N400 filed - online: 10/30/2020

NOA: 11/02/2020

Bio reuse: 12/30/2020

USCIS changed to "Interview Scheduled": 06/07/2021

Interview Date: 07/14/2021 Approved!

USCIS changed to "Oath Ceremony will be scheduled": 07/15/2021

USCIS changed to "Oath Ceremony notice mailed": 07/20/2021

Oath Ceremony: 08/06/2021 🇺🇸

I advise you to sign up for the new usps email notification.  It basically shows you what's coming to you in the mail that day.  It's nice.  When i got my RFE, i got a notification earlier that day with the letter from the uscis RFE letter image.

If they are old school, they wouldn't.  I worked for the USPS 8 years ago and I found out through an email sent to me by the USPS

Yeah, they have been retired, pop's for 5 years and mother in law 3 years, I am sure this was long before their time
