There is only 1 doctor in the Israeli territories, Dr Jonty Maresky. He is a very nice person.

Waiting time is not long at all, they had an appointment for me "next week"...

The harder appointment is in the consulate in Jerusalem, you will want to schedule that as soon as you can (but only after the medical exam).

I could make an appointment to interview a month from the day I tried to. So about a month I'll assume.

Make sure the interview is at least a week or two after the medical exam.
