My partner got rejected for her E2 visa business, she bought a franchise. I am a LPR and working in the US and would her to come and join me so we can live together with our daughters. What options would you recommend?

The only option you have is to marry her and file for a spousal visa afterwards. It will take about 2 years to complete.

How long do you have left to become a US citizen? If you can become a US citizen soon, the process will be faster. If not, as he other person said, it will take 2 years for a spousal visa for a LPR (you'd have to get married).

If she bought a franchise in the US I think she need a different type of visa. Or tell her to get a lawyer because if she has money for the franchise I am guessing she should have money for the lawyer.

for a franchise it's a E2 investor visa required. I need to check how mon I have to get my US citizenship as I had my GC for 5 years.

Here it gives you how early you can file. There is a link at the end in which you put the date on your GC. https://www.uscis.gov/forms/uscis-early-filing-calculator

That was a quick change, I assume the investment was minimal.
