Can some advice me of what to do. I have mailed my I-129F package to USCIS in May and received the receipt after  2week. However, after reviewing again the copy of my application, I found out that there is a minor mistake on my fiancée's(beneficiary) address. How can I be able to update/correct the address on the application? Where shall I write to or whom shall I call? Would appreciate any feedback please

The link provided above is only for change of address in the US. For your foreign beneficiary's address, there are 2 options:

 

  1. You can call NVC and get them to update it when they have received your case file from USCIS
  2. She can call her local embassy to correct the address as soon as they get her case file before the embassy attempts to send her a hardcopy of the Packet 3 (if that's her embassy's practice)

 

If her embassy does not send a hardcopy of the Packet 3, she can always rectify it at her interview :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.
