When I had a question regarding whether PCC has to be stamped on the passport or not I emailed support-india@ustraveldocs.com  and they promptly replied. I would suggest the same for you.

Really?? But there is no authorised medical centre for US Immigration in SAKET.

Delhi has 2 centres.

One in Lajpat Nagar where I went and got my reports in person.

2ns in Vasant Vihar. I didn't go there but i enquired before booking my appointment. They also confirmed that they hand over the report in person to the applicant.

So I don't see any confusion here. You should not stress out yourself about it.

In my case. as soon as I got my BC, first I do is got the scan, photocopy and laminate it ..(I got it 2 days back) .. 

coming to main query .. If we go by VJ comments...

Non Indian beneficiary are sure that laminated one wont be acceptable. and I think this is mainly because in US and many country documents are scanned as documented... some also have a bar code.. 

For Indian beneficiary, as you say we are more protective for all such doc and most of the people have such docs laminated..... and here in VJ, I do not see anyone from India has faced issue because of this... So I am hoping this wont be issue at least in India...

They respond in less than 24 hours and the responses are extremely helpful.

Yeah but both centres handover the reports in person unless there is any specific reason for them to not to do that.

Where have you read this information about Non Indian Beneficiary and Indian Beneficiary? I would like to read more about it. I myself couldn't find anything accurate.

Go through the many thread where similar question was raised and read the replied from people and noticed this difference...! use VJ google search option to find such threads
