I need a cover letter sample for RFE respond

i received RFE  asking to explain about the circumstances of meeting each other on the website www.italki.com and explain about our relation .

i asked the customer service of italki and they sent me 1-  PDF declaration how italki is a website for learning languages and is not a international marriage broker 

2- i made screen shots for : italki on wikipidea , their you tube channel their articles on pintrest, printed their terms of service their application on Apple store Google store, Google plus,....

Now i need a sample of cover letter to respond to that RFE . i found a sample on internet but is not clear for me how to enter my things to be fit in that, so my question is can someone send me a better cover letter to respond for RFE  i would appreciate any help
