Received NOA2 but USCIS website was not updated

Hello, everyone! 

My I-129F was approved on the 12th of June and my fiancé received the 1-797 form in the mail. However, when we check the case status on the myUSCIS website it

still says "my case was received". Has this happened to any of you? 

AOS Timeline
15/Aug - Arrived in the US, Chicago POE
26/Aug - Wedding

18/Sep - Social Security Number

06/Oct - AOS Paperwork sent to the Chicago lockbox
08/Oct - USPS tracking says paperwork was delivered
10/Oct - USCIS says they received form I-175 and form I-131
16/Oct - USCIS accepted the fingerprint fee for form I-148 and forwarded paperwork to the National Benefits Center
17/Oct - Notification of Action for all the 3 forms received via text message and email (@ 11:45 pm)

21/Oct - Notification of Action for all 3 forms received via mail. 

27/Oct - Received ASC appointment notice in the mail. Biometrics scheduled for 07/Nov 

07/Nov - Biometrics appointment completed

my case was approved 2 months ago (12th of April) and now it's in the NVC and we're expecting the NVC to schedule an interview but the USCIS website still says Case was Received, even though we received our NOA2 and we received a letter from USCIS says that we were approved because we submitted an inquiry but still the website is the same.

It's normal.

Visa Class: IR-1.

Country: Jordan.

Embassy: U.S embassy in Amman, Jordan.

Married: May 28, 2015.

Interview Date: Aug 17, 2017.

Interview Result: Approved.

VISA Received: Aug 21, 2017.

U.S Entry & Passport Stamp: Aug 25, 2017.

Permanent (Green) Card was produced: Oct 9, 2017.

Permanent (Green) Card was mailed to me: Oct 11, 2017.

Received My Social Security Card: Oct 29, 2017.

First Job in America: Dec 21, 2017.

Received Plastic Green Card in the mail (Permanent Resident Card): Mar 16, 2018.

N-400 Applied: May 28, 2020.

N-400 NOA: June 1, 2020.

Bio: June 19, 2021.

Interview: July 23, 2021.

Ceremony: Aug 13, 2021.

 

I'm finally a U.S Citizen now

yes... my NOA2 was sent out in the first week of June.... it was approved on May 31st.... the case is in Armenia now and i still see "your case was received on ..... " on the USCIS page!

 

still waiting for the notice that it went to the NVC and then to Armenia...... maybe the paperwork is a little behind do to the heavy case load?
