Questions forms.

 

Form i-485 Part 1 Question 23.c Status on Form I-94 (Class of Admission) is correct?

From I-485 Part 3 Question 11 Employment Should be 1. UNEMPLOYED??? My husband has an INC. Company and whatever He works, the income go to the company, so,  in employer 2. I put the company, that is correct? 

Form I-485 Part 8 Question 25 Ask if you get arrested. He was arrested on Sep/16 for driving with expired license and release the next day. What I should put on part 14 additional information

Well if he is working you have to write it at the end of the form you can explain more about that and if he was arrested try to include some evidence that he doesnt have any kind of problems with the law

Hello, the folders are almost ready but I find an obstacle with the I-131, on Part 2 Type of application the questions are confusing and I don't know what to answer for an Overstay situation. any recommendation?

Not sure what's confusing about Part 2.

 

"1.d" is what needs to be checked if you're doing adjustment of status. There's nothing on the I-131 that asks about overstay.
