We will know more when the Bill is unveiled today, but the Bill is going nowhere if K1 or CR1 visas are affected.

The current administration wants (or "needs", depending how you look at it.) a legislative win. Immigration may be the sacrificial lamb just so they can have a win under their belt.

Not at all.

 

Likely other members of family like siblings and possibly parents may get removed. But spouses and minor children will definitely be OK.
