At 2014 i applied for F1 visa and I didn't include my bachelor degree in DS-160 form or mention it on interview (as my immigration lawyer suggested), and got rejected with 214 (b) but they did not mention about it. So i went to UK and continue my study and now i am gonna apply for J-1 trainee visa this time i like to disclose all of my information, so i want to know my chances or is there a way to fix my previous stupidity.

Unlikely a ban, more a credibility issue.

What kind of lawyer tells you to lie!!!?!!?!  A quick background check would show you had a bachelor degree.

I don't know if you'll get the J1. You have to show ties to your country. But if you graduated in the UK you don't have ties to the UK and if you don't live in your home country, you don't have ties to that one either. You can try. It could help if you had a job offer waiting for you or something. Let us know what happens.
