I filed I-130 for my mother, who is in India, I got stuck at sponsorship form I-864

My question is I have filed for my mom but because of income issues My uncle giving sponsorship to my mom( who is my mom's first cousin)

1- will he be joint sponsor ?

2- Do I have to be fill I-864 too, even he is giving sponsor?

3- Do my uncle need to mark number "A" or "D"

 

plesse reply asap, I will highly appreciate it ..

as the sponsor you will file an i864 regardless of your income, the petitioner always has to file an i864 regardless

 

you will fill out an i864 as sponsor, and mark A

 

your uncle will fill out another i864 as the only joint sponsor, and mark D

Yes, you have to provide your income proof, W2 from employer, and 1 year of taxes but providing 3 years of taxes papers issued by IRS is better than just 1 year.
