Hello I am filing a petition for my sibling

1) Do I need to provide passport/any photos of me and my sibling while filing for petition?

2 ) On part 5 of the petition, the question asked if I ever file a petition for this beneficiary or other alien. I have filed affidavit of support I 134 for visit visa for my other relatives and they returned back

home. My question is does part 5 asking only for any petition that I file for immigrant visa or does it want me to inform about my past sponsorship for visitor visas?

3) On part 4, question 62, is that where I filled the consulate of their residing country, if my sibling is not in the U.S (they will be waiting outside of U.S).

Clarifications to the above questions and any suggestions is appreciated.

Thank you.

hi

sponsorship for a tourist visa doesn't exist, you shouldn't have sent the i134 because it isn't for tourist visa, people must qualify on their own

it is only asking if you have filed for someone for a green card, if you have petitioned for them

if you haven't petitioned for a fiancé, now spouse or any direct family member, then the answer is no

number 3 is correct

Hello thank you for the answer . what I meant on part 5 is I have provided affidavit of support, I 134 for family members in the past and I would like to know if I need to fill in the question on part 5  "Have you EVER previously filed a petition for this beneficiary or any other alien?" or does this question only asking for immigrant petitions only.  I couldn't find on the instruction if I should provide employment verification and photos (or it is not necessary at this time). Last, is there a length of life for the notarize documents such as birth certificate?

Thank you
