Question about #9 in the I-134 form...

I have a question about #9. My dad is my co-sponsor, so this is pertaining to his I-134 form. In the past, he has submitted several I-864 forms, also affidavit of support, but not any I-134 forms. Are those included? Or are I-134 and I-864 different in terms for this question?

What if there are more than 2 (that he submitted an I-864 for in the past)? Is there a limit, say within the past 6 months, how many AOS he has submitted or is it as far as he can remember? Should I attach on another separate piece of paper if there are more than 2? Thanks.

Kabigon,

List all affidavits of support ever submitted. All of them.

Hmm, now I am getting conflicting answers. I posted this also on CFL, but the response I got was that the I-864 (immigrant) was different from I-134 (non-immigrant) and that question was referring to any affidavits of support for non-immigrants, so thus I could put "NONE." But now, I guess I should just wait a little bit more to clear up any confusion. Any other suggestions? Thanks again.

Kabigon,

The complete item reads, "I have previously submitted affidavit(s) of support for the following person(s). If none, state none." I don't see any language that indicates only I-134 affidavits are to be considered and I-864 affidavits not considered.
