Has anyone started out a case with their given receipt number, gotten an rfe and once receiving the rfe letter requirements, noticed it had a different rfe receipt number but your name and address?

I noticed my receipt number began with Lin when in Nebraska but once transferred to Texas and received the rfe, it changed to SRC

I also want to add that if I want to check my status online and put the texas receipt number given, it says it's an i140 form and the case was received january.

But my LIN number still works on the site.

Does that mean this number was given to me by Texas Center and the person who had this src number got transfered? I don't know if it makes sense

Are the #'s still the same other than the letter's? I know that LIN stands for the Nebraska service center. I am not sure if they change the letters once the transfer a case to another service center. Also, have you tried calling USCIS to be sure why it says I-140 and not I-130? I-140 is for Alien Worker  not for Alien Spouse.... so this is WAY different. Call USCIS to clear up any confusion.
