I will be filing for my wife's citizenship through the 3 year rule.  For those who have gone through this, what kind of evidence should we provide?  When we filed the I-751 for removal of conditions, we sent everything but the kitchen sink.  Any insight would be helpful.

Thanks!

Just follow the document checklist and you will be fine.

if you have a joint checking account send that, she is beneficiary on life insurance policy send that, if you rent a home and your both on it send the lease, or home send the copy of the mortgage loan.

If sending in joint checking accounts, mortgage statements etc., how many of those should in?  every 3 months? every month?

Thanks!

You just need to send in the most current one, you can ask the bank to print you off a mortgage statement and ask for a 4 month window if you want all they really want to see is the most current date when you file and that both names appear together. Also you want to get letters from people who are aware of your marriage ie: how long they have known you, how long they have known of your marriage, get if you can from both family and friends. If you own cars together send in the last statement you get feom the bank, a copy of your car regiatration if both names are listed is also good.

The main thing they will be looking at as "proof of a bonafide marriage" is co-mingling of finances, believe it or not to them this the most important thing that signifies a "real" marriage.  So concentrate on anything that shows joint ownership like joint credit cards, bills in both your names, both of you under the same health insurance (you can get a health statement from your insurance company showing address, how long you've been under the same coverage, etc. and send that in), car insurance with both names, etc.
