Helo everyone! Can we use the G-325A which will expire on June 30 even if we are going to submit the form on the 1at week of July?

 

Pls let me know if USCIS will immdiate provide an updated form after June 30 or we can just proceed using the form (Expires June 30 2017),

 

Hoping to hear from you ASAP.

G-325A is no longer required as it has been incorporated into the new I-129F.

 

Use a form based on the edition required by USCIS. The expiration date is meant for the Office of Management and Budget.

 

Btw, current I-129F fee is $535. The guide on VJ can be used but they aren't updated with the latest forms and fee.

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

As noted above, the G-325As are no longer needed. The expiration date is the OMB expiration date. It does not apply to you.

1/2/18: EAD + AP approved (no website update), 1/5/18: EAD + AP mailed, 1/8/18: EAD + AP approval notice hardcopies received, 1/10/18: EAD + AP received

9/5/18: Interview scheduled notice, 10/17/18: Interview

10/24/18: Green card produced notice, 10/25/18: Formal approval, 10/31/18: Green card received
