Hello

I'm new here...

I'm married to a man from Morocco.

Applying for CR-1 visa...

I'm totally prepared to send everything except I cannot find my passport.

My passport has Morocco stamps on it.

Would it delay my i-30 form longer if I don't send a copy of Morocco stamps on my passport??

I hope not??

Does it mean I may have to get a new passport?

Do you still have the plane tickets? If you have the email with the confirmation number of your ticket, you can get a flight receipt from most airlines. I did not send a copy of my husband's passport to show any stamps. We just sent a copy of the plane tickets. He also wrote a letter explaining everything that was on the package that we sent with the I-130 application.

But the most important thing is that if you cannot find your passport, you need to report it lost asap as someone else can try to use it. https://travel.state.gov/content/passports/en/passports/lost-stolen.html

If you're planning to leave the country then you need to get a new one.

Plane tickets can be a confusing term.  The only thing airline related that is actual evidence of travel would be boarding passes.  If you have boarding passes for boarding a flight to and from Morocco, that will serve as evidence of time spent together, just as effectively as copies of passport pages with stamps.  If you don't find your passport, you will not be able to do any international travel until you have a new one.  Going forward, there should be a single safe place where you always keep your passport, when it is not with you personally during international travel.  A safe, (Mine is in the same little safe as my bedside pistol.) would be first choice but if not, a specific desk drawer will do nicely.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
