Don't quote me, but I think that expedite extra evidence will be in the form of deployment orders or temporary duty/training orders over a certain time frame. It has been a while since I got away from military life, hoping a current person will chime in and clarify.

My fiance who's in the Navy (and is currently on a series of detachment) talked to his commanding officer and just advised him to be patient after asking help for the expedite process. How I wish he received a letter atleast to help us expedite our case.:(

We haven't called the USCIS military hotline though. Does calling the USCIS military hotline help? Can the beneficiary call USCIS military hotline and request for expedite? Because F is currently out of sea.

Also, based on research, you need to provide deployment order signed by his commanding officer as evidence for you to expedite your case.

**CSC Stage**
April 14, 2017 - Date sent
April 19, 2017 - Date received
June 01, 2017 - Requested USCIS to resend the NOA1 (missing NOA1)
June 11, 2017 - NOA1 hard copy received
Sept 20, 2017 - Case approved (case tracker and email notification)

Waiting for NOA2 hard copy...

**NVC/Embassy Stage**

Hi

Im the beneficiary from the Philippines.. i dont think  beneficiary can call the military uscis hotline for expedite. it should be the petitioner. but my fiance didnt send anything, he just called the hotline and asking for expedite. they told him that if they need more evidence the will mail him.. if not then well just wait if its approved or not.. :)

Most people have mentioned RFE's in reference to pending deployment/PCS status.  I am actually currently deployed.  Short notice after we got married, and before Marriage Cert was even sent to my address.  My Husband is Japanese (I'm the USC) and living in Tokyo right now while I am deployed.  I was originally deploying a few months later and we timed the marriage to allow the process to start before I left.....but life/military intervened and now I'm out here and will have to mail my I-130 from my deployed location.

Anyone have any experience with an RFE after they were deployed?

Thanks in advance for any input or advice.
