Hi, I was wondering if you could tell me a little about your case. We sent our solo 212 to LA field office and they still haven’t cashed my check. My husband is the beneficiary, he was expedited from LAX almost 3 years ago. Our 130 petition took 1 year for approval. And we are currently in the NVC process. I am hoping it won’t take this long. Thank you for any info.

I barely submitted 212 3 weeks ago. 😱

Submitted husbands 212 waiver 8/28 at local office LA. Received receipt number today from Missouri. Receipt number starts with MSC. Hopefully I have the same luck as @Canelo.

Hey guys am in the same boat, Sent my I-212 to Dallas local office on June 13, 2019 and was forward to Missouri case number starts with MSC on June 26, 2019 and now waiting almost 4 months and nothing

Hi all, has anyone received any other recent updates regarding timing on these? Received MSC receipt confirmation in August, but haven't followed up with them since.

Not yet. Submitted 3 inquiries and no one responded. It’s frustrating!

Still nothing on my case with MSC receipt number submitted in late August. Does anyone know if these waivers are approved/denied out of the national benefits center, or ultimately transferred to a different field office for a final decision?

Mine received december 3 2018 with receipt MSC and still nothing. They are approved at Missouri Service Center.

Mine too, received December 4th 2018, still nothing. Did you have interview already? Mine hasn’t and that’s probably why they haven’t processed the waiver.

Yes I did. I had my 1st interview on octobre 2018 for fiancy visa . I was denied and asked to file the I 212.

As long as I know you have to go first to the interview and then submit the waiver.

I know. That’s what our lawyer told us to do.
