What is a marriage ability form? My fiance is from Czech Republic and is filling out the DS 160 form she asked me what this means? Does she have to get an official signature stating she's never been married or this just another way of saying "Letter of Intent" as in the one we submitted in our 1-129f forms?

I don't recall the DS-160 mentioning a "marriage ability form". If it's on the checklist from the embassy on the list of documents that she needs to submit or bring, that probably means a statement of no-marriage from the government department that handles marriage records.

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

It is a government-provided document stating that she is free to marry. Ask for the marriage registry/records or the statistics office of her country for it? The instructions on how to get one should be in the packet the embassy sent to your fiance.

January 22, 2022 - Case transferred

January 16, 2022 - Naturalization application received

April 7, 2023 - ROC and Naturalization Interview

April 20, 2023 - Oath Ceremony scheduled
