Hello friends i need your help , i got RFE for form i-864 . Can i resend my I-864 form again or i have to submit requirement documents which they ask ?

is it possible to resend i-864 form again?

Here i attach the information which i got in RFE, please help me out friends if you have any other idea.

1)Submit all supporting tax documentation (W-2s, 1099s, and all supporting tax schedules) submitted to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) from the petitioner/sponsor on Form I-864, Affidavit of Support, for the most recent tax year.

2)

Based on the documents submitted with Form I-864, Affidavit of Support, for the petitioner/sponsor and household members, the income did not meet 125% of the federal poverty line for the petitioner/sponsor's household size.

Submit evidence of assets that meet the standards listed below or obtain joint sponsor.

Assets standards must equal the stated difference between the sponsor's household income and 125% of the federal poverty line.

(And then it goes in to what you need).

Assests must equal the difference for applicants fillings as orphams,

Assests must equal three times the difference for a spouse or child of a unites states.

Assests must equals five times the difference for all others.

I am confused and feeling tensed regarding this . It would be great help to me if you give me some idea regarding this problem..

You don't need to resend your I-864, you need to send them what they are requesting in your RFE

If your sponsor doesn't make over the poverty level, then you will require a joint sponsor.

What exactly did you submit as supporting documents with the I-864 ?
When you post that then we can help figure out what you missed sending.
You would need tax transcripts which have all schedules attached or if you have send the tax return copy then you need
W2 , 1099, whatever applies to you, pay stubs, employer letter.
So what did you submit ?

# 2 is a general mention of assets which you don't need if the income meets the requirement and all supporting evidence has
been submitted. If you made a mistake on the form then you have to correct it and send a new one along with whatever you were missing

not just a new form.

Thank you for your response . I think our income is sufficient but Unfortunately  we make mistake when i am filling form , we enter wrong annual income  in our I-864 form . So  it is possible to resend  my i-864 form again with correction ? our annual income is 50,000$  and household member size is 4 , But we entered  17,000$ total annual income by mistake so i want to correct it and want to resend it again

Yes, correct the form and send it IF you also did submit taxes, W2, pay stubs, employer letter.
I would send the whole supporting evidence again too even if you already send it.
