Rejected twice...address change

Here is the situation:

On May, my mother-in-law filed her green card application (my husband is a US citizen).

Meanwhile, we moved to a new house in a different city.

After we moved, she received a rejection notice because her fee was not correct, and one of the forms was out of date.

She sent correct amount of money with the correct form which she put the new address instead of the old one. (So her new forms have our new address while her old forms have our old address.)

This time when she sent it to USCIS, she made sure to include a letter saying she moved to a new address.

Here are my questions:

Would USCIS reject it again because her forms have different addresses?

Would the letter of address change suffice the change?

What happens when you get rejected multiple times?

Would she be ultimately rejected if rejected so many number of times?

Please save me from this anxious journey!
