I was 18 in the US, and I am the US citizen.

There is more lenience towards crimes committed by U.S. citizen. This is very minor.  They are mostly worried about crimes committed by the foreign person, with some exceptions.

I should list it though correct? I wrote something like "Alcohol citation 7 years ago. 2010 in "Location". Fine was paid.

Yes, list it.

Always be honest because if you lie, your application will be denied. It is more likely you will be denied for not being honest than for some information you put on there. The same for your fiance and her interview.

I agree with above.  This sounds very minor.  I don't think it will be an issue.  However, not listing it could be a big issue.  As it has been said, always answer all questions honestly...Best wishes.

Ok, will do. Will I get an RFE about it or can they access all that information in a database?

I think they run background checks on everyone. I don't see what would they ask you to submit.

Ok good because I don't have any documentation about it. The whole thing was a bit sketchy. They didn't even spell my roommates name correctly so it wasn't on his record.

If you think its part of the list in the form that you need to include then include it because they will find out about it. Just provide evidences that you are cleared already. Its minor and nothing to worry. My fiance was convicted for DUI for two days and we got no problem but still we mentioned it upon applying and he gave me the papers about it that hes cleared.

IMHO you are fine. The only types of crimes that can get you denied are crimes against moral torpitude http://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/what-s-crime-moral-turpitude-according-us-immigration-law.html.

Just remember not to lie on the immigration forms ( I-485 questions) and to submit court disposition (court disposition and arrest report if you were arrested). Personally I also submitted an explaination letter concluding shortly what happened and how it got resolved.

If you were charged you will need a final court disposition.  I received an RFE for not sending in my court disposition from a case.
