Hello everyone!

Me and my Fiancée are starting the k1 visa and we are very happy and well of course a bit anxious about all of this paperwork!

I'm brazilian, but i have dual nationality (Brazil, Italy).

I met her last year in november, and i traveled to US, using my Italian passport because of the visa waiver program.

Now we are gathering proofs for the k1 and we have this doubt of what should we send to prove i traveled there. We are thinking of sending the plane itinerary as well the italian passport pages where is the stamp i got in USA. Should i send anyway my brazilian passport ( that has no stamps), or add a letter explaining that i have 2 passports? anyone that could share some information i highly appreciate!!

The fact that you have dual nationality will be in the forms you provide.

Borading passes are good for prove of travel.

No need for a letter - I would send the boarding passes as these have your name on and the flight information.

They are used to the situation where people have multiple passports. It's quite common. Nothing to worry about.

Yeah the thing is i don't have my boarding pass, just my plane itinerary. I'm trying to get in touch with the air company to see if there's a way for me to get that. I was thinking maybe writting a letter declaring i have dual nationality and that i've used my italian passport under the visa waiver program to enter united states last year. I would also scan my italian passport bio and the visa stamp page to use as a proof. What do you guys think?
