Hi all,

I am preparing my package for i751 and I have few questions.

1. my in laws (USC spouse parents) reside in the UK. Can they give us sworn affidavit. They visited us two times for about 40 days and 2 months each time.

2. we have only one joint savings account that we opened after our kids birth, every month there is some direct deposit into that account from my husbands paycheck ( right now I am not working and a full time mother so no funds from my side)

and we don't have any joint checking account. The bank that my husband has his account with had no branch in our state when we were thinking to add my name on his account. We had to drive 5 hours to get to the nearest branch and later we dint bothered much about it and came to know that recently a branch opened 2 hours drive from our place.

I am worried that we might not have a proper joint accounts to show.

the credit cards are on my husbands name and I am the authorized user.

3. Our joint tax filing has my maiden name as I dint update my new name on the SSN until recently. Does that cause any issue?

I came here on CR1 and kept my old SSN number that I got when I came as a student. And I did not update my new name(name change after marriage) on my SSN until recently as we were very busy with the new born baby( I came to the US in CR1 when I was 7 months pregnant)

4. Do we have to send two passport style photos with the i751 application

 I appreciate any suggestions.

Thank you!
