So, my fiance is going to send the forms to me today. Can anyone please make sure if we have got it all.

These are the documents he will send me. Please, tell me if we are missing anything.

I - 134 with a letter from the bank, a letter from the employer. Tax returns. He doesn't have pay stubs as they are electronic so mentioned it in a cover letter.

He will also send me copies of his passport, birth certificate. OR do i need the originals of those as well? Is colour copies preferred or black and white okay?

Thank you much for your input/help in advance!

It may be worth also submitting bank statements with the last 6 pay deposits highlighted, if you cannot get printed copies of the payslips

Thank you!

He should be able to contact his HR department at his job so they can tell him how to get a printout of his paystubs.

Don't forget that you guys will need to sign an updated letter of intent with the dates being more current since the initial letters of intent that were sent with the petition.

ROC Filing:

4/21/2021 - Sent ROC Package via FedEx

4/22/2021 - FedEx package delivered and signed

5/11/2021 - Check cashed

5/14/2021 - Received NOA1 via mail (NOA1 date: 5/8/2021)

6/9/2021 -  Biometrics waived - Case updated to Fingerprints taken

I would bring his tax transcript (the IRS can fax one so you can get it immediately) and copies of his passport stamps showing he has visited you. We received a yellow 221g requesting those additional forms, and have been in administrative processing since September.

Best of luck!
