You can claim that he is only part of a few, but there are many who pay less taxes than their employees, in percentage terms, of course. Unfortunately, since we don't have his tax returns to validate his claim, his statement still stands. He speaks with authority, representativeness, and accuracy, we should presume. After all, he was speaking of his taxes.

Care to provide examples? Ones that can actually be verified? I'm sure it might happen, but saying there are many without providing examples doesn't quite work for me. Also, just because it's Buffett doesn't mean everything he says should be taken as gospel. He has provided no proof and what he said makes very little sense.
