Filed: K-1 Visa Country: United Kingdom
Timeline

There is only one form. The 1-129. The old form required an additional form but now all information is on the I 129. You may also wish to complete the G-1145 which will enable you to have email and text notifications. There is a guide somewhere on here that lists everything you may need including evidence.

It's the i129F. The i129 is for other purposes

Go to USCIS.gov and type I-129f under the forms option. You will find all the up to date forms necessary to file and the fee amount. 

 

Also, click on ths Guides tab on this website and review what you will need and how to fill out the forms before you send anything off.

 

I advised to do all the research necessary on this process before making the decision to file.

ROC Filing:

4/21/2021 - Sent ROC Package via FedEx

4/22/2021 - FedEx package delivered and signed

5/11/2021 - Check cashed

5/14/2021 - Received NOA1 via mail (NOA1 date: 5/8/2021)

6/9/2021 -  Biometrics waived - Case updated to Fingerprints taken
