Hi! after i saw your post i decided i HAD! to make an account, i check the visajourney website every day!

So NVC also received by my wife and I's documents on May 1st -3rd. and were still getting the "AT NVC" message and counting down the time to our 11 weeks.

i wanted to know, when you check nvc now does it still say "at nvc"? Also, we have never callled nvc we just leave everything in the hands of lawyers but now i'm wondering if we should call to see if ours have been completed as well.

When we call, what information should we have or what should we ask. As u can imagine we are counting down the days to flying out!

Mine still says "At NVC" and case is completed. I think it's better to call because they can give you more information. When calling, you must provide full petitioner name, full beneficiary name and date of birth, and case number.

Good luck!

@Tonnek, your visa category is EB-3 and your status will say "At NVC" even if NVC is still processing your case.  The change in status that @Springrain22 is mentioning has been recognized only for IR-1/CR-1 visa categories as a case complete.  Regardless, you should call to get a status update on your case.  Always call to confirm about anything.  Especially once you have hit the 8-9 week mark from your scan date.  Just wanted to give you a little info. about that since others with your visa category have been reporting the same thing.

I like your cat photo springrain. :)

it can mean case closed also. if you check ceac and the aos line disappear it mean you definitely got case closed

I'm seeing the same on mine since Yesterday evening! I don't know what's happening. ceac says, IV completed, Fees paid. But I don't See AOS fee paid that I used to see. People said, they saw it became N/A. I don't see the line!!
