We just sent in our packet for adjustment of status yesterday, and a few hours later I realized I forgot a supporting document for my Affadavit of Support - my offer letter for my current job (evidence of my current earning level).  What should I do now?  Can I send it in seperately?

You could send it in with the same cover letter for the whole packet and an explanation of why you sent it separate. As always, you can also call the NVC and see how they say to send it.

You should wait to see if you receive an RFE otherwise it's likely it could get lost.

call the customer service line and just see what they suggest
