Proof of US citizenship for I-134?

Is it a requirement for the I-134 to show proof of US citizenship during the interview? Do I need a certified birth certificate copy of the petitioner and the co sponsor? And does it need to be certified? I have heard it will take a long time if you want a certified copy. Wouldn't it be enough to just show the biographic page of their passports even though it is expired?

Thank you

Can we just copy the birth certificate ourselfs? Or do we really have to get a certified copy? Thanks

Amsterdam does not require it to be certified. Don't be surprised if they don't even ask for these documents. They will ask for the tax returns. They really prefer tax returns over the other allowed documents.

Thank you! I suppose for the AoS you need the certified ones?
