SAUGUS – Tactical law enforcement officers are on scene at the Square One Mall in Saugus on Monday after a man broke into a sporting goods store and gained access to the firearms section, according to Saugus police.

“The Saugus Police Department is at the scene of a break-in at the #######’s Sporting Goods at the Square One Mall,’’ Saugus police wrote around 6:30 a.m. Monday. “One armed and dangerous intruder is believed to be inside.’’

The man broke into #######’s Sporting Goods early Monday, police said. Police believe the suspect has access to firearms in the store, according to Saugus police.

Richard's Sporting Goods is in violation of the VJ TOS and is diminishing the enjoyment of many on the site.
