Deferral/diversion for minor in possession of alcohol - report?

I'm a petitioner filling out the application for a K1 visa; regarding the criminal record, my only brush with the law was being issued a ticket (not arrested) for drinking alcohol at a college party when I was 18. Driving was not involved - the cops broke up a large off campus party and issued tickets to everyone there. I received a diversion, where I went to a one hour counseling session, paid $150 in court fees and the misdemeanor was removed from my record after one year. So "officially" I have no criminal record, but I imagine USCIS could see it if they wanted.

 

I'm going to report it as per the I-129f instructions, my question is do I need to provide any sort of supporting court documents? If so, how would I go about getting them? The ticket was issued in 2002.

 

Apologies if a similar question was answered before, I checked but didn't see anything.

On the other hand, they also wrote "you indicated you were arrested or convicted" - my petition specifically said "I was NOT arrested, only issued a citation". I was quite clear about this, and the crime in question is not even an arrestable offense in the first place. They also entered my beneficiary's name incorrectly, yet again; so we can assume the USCIS agents' ability to read English is not what it could be. Maybe they just had some daily quota of RFEs to send to prove they're doing their job.
