Hi folks!

USCIS received my I-751 application on May 2,2016. It is VSC. I received my RFE on May 15. I am going to mail my documents tomorrow. And hopefully USCIS receives my RFE by June 23, 2017. I mail them our rent lease, joint account statements, credit card statements, my master degree(we lived in different cities because of my master degree), his new job offer(he is going to move to my city soon), our cellphone calls records(we called each others when we were apart in two cities ), gas and electricity billings, tax filings statement and some photos. We don't have kids yet.

I am really worried about the RFE and am not sure how long it takes to process. Anyone has RFE or the similar situation could give me some advice? Thanks a lot!

did you receive any NOA1 or did you finish the biometric before you got the 1st RFE?. It takes just only 13 days, you got a RFE. Because the 1st month of the process, all applicants must be received NOA1 and do biometrice. The 2nd month of the process, they will get the 1st RFE

Didn't get an RFE so others might have better/more useful suggestions, but from I've seen the quickest response back was about 3 weeks later. It could also go up to 3 months or longer... Did you sign up or check status on the USCIS website? Some people also get their status updated in the system after they respond to the RFE.

If they still don't like your evidence, they will schedule another interview with you. Don't stress your out too much at this point, it is what it is, you will make it eventually as long as your marriage is legit.

Best of luck!
