I dont know what to complete, the I-864 or I-134 Affidavit of Support for my K1 fiance. And ive been told 2 things and have no idea where to send it. Do I send it back to the NVC even though our petition has already been approved and all paperwork has already been sent to Moscow Embassy where my fiance takes her medical exam prior to interview. Or, do I send it with my fiance for her interview? Every time I think I understand this process it gets more confusing.

A K-1 visa uses the I-134 form. You don't send anything to NVC for a K-1. I don't know what you looked at and what you've been told, but what you've described sounds like you were following a guide or advice for a CR-1/IR-1 (spousal) visa.

 

Your fiance will take the I-134 form + supporting evidences for it to the interview.

To add to @geowrian's response above, the only thing from I-864 that you should *consider* adopting is the 125% poverty guideline ^_^ But yes, K-1's interview at the embassy requires a I-134 not I-864.

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.
