my wife & I was denied of us visiting visa due to my stammerer,a stammerer from birth.want to reapply bcos we both on 2 month leave.what can I do & when can I reapply?

You have to fix the problem you were denied for and sadly if you apply now again you run a high risk of getting denied because you just applied and it can seem like desperation to get to the us

You can reapply at any time. However, unless your circumstances have changed, the result will remain the same. Was a reason for the denial given? I never heard of a stammer causing a denial....it was likely 214b (immigrant intent).

Also, why would your wife be denied because of your stammer? That makes absolutely no sense. If by some absurd chance they actually denied you for that, it should've had no bearing on your wife's application because tourist visa applications are judged individually.

If the real reason was 214b (immigrant intent), then you will have to provide adequate and convincing evidence that you will return to your country. Otherwise, you will continue to be denied.

I am guessing you think that the stammer made you seem nervous, and you think that is why they denied you.

The reality is many tourist visas get denied.  Which country are you and your wife from? What ties did you show to your home country and reasons to return after your visit to the USA?  Why do you want to visit the USA? If you have travelled to other highly developped countries before such as Western Europe or Canada, be sure to mention that in your next interview, it can help.

Was it believed that you were perhaps intending to seek medical treatment in the USA without having the funds to pay for it? 

 

Did you advise the embassy in advance that you have a stammer? They need to know about disabilities and special needs in advance so that they can be accommodated on the day. If they didn't know it was a medical issue they might have thought you were hesitant or avoiding the questions.
