Hi guys, I'm a new US filer for a K-1 Visa to bring my Brazilian girlfriend to the country.

Two questions on the G-325A. Is it still necessary for both my fiancee and me to provide one? I ask because I saw nothing about it being necessary on the USCIS website, only on the checklist for a K-1 visa on this website.

Second, the expiration date of the current G-325A is 6/30/2017. I need her to print, sign and send me this form which could take up to 1 month from Brazil. Would she have to fill out another form and send it? Is there already an updated form I can access? Is it better to just wait until the new form comes out?

I appreciate any insight and responses you guys may have here!!

G-325A is no longer needed for the updated I-129F form because it's been incorporated into one form.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.
