Well, as you can read in my last post, I did finally receive my RFE and a letter from the USCIS saying we should hurry sending in our eveidence, because we only have 87 days and it may be denied if don't do so.

I had a new Infopass appointment and I was talking to the same lady agian.

I said that we never received our RFE ( she didn't even know the abbreviation), but she grabs the pink paper and say: well, it's here now. When she found out what happened, she got upset and sent a very long e-mail to the MSC.It took her very long to figure out that they did put my letter in the wrong envelope.I asked for an extension to submit my evidence and then she said : "Do you really need all that time". I replied that it wasn't our mistake.

She then requested for the extension aswell. She was very friendly by then. She said she would sent us an update aswell, and the MSC should too, she added:"If they can put that letter in right envelope.

I told her I was upset and worried about the indentity theft and she said she understood,but didn't have any authority to make descisions concerning my case.

Now we are waiting for the extension.

I'm glad that she sent out the email to MSC at least. But she should then be sending out your concern for identity theft to the "people with Authority" so they can ease your mind! Good thing that she started to be nice to you cause that would have been outta this world. Hope you get things settled. Good job on calling it on them!
