Entering USA from any state is fine?

Hello people, I miss being here everyday to follow with my case. Finally my husband has been approved on 6/4. 

I need to know is it okay if he enter the USA from any state or he has to enter through JFK? Please explain what is the processing at the airport if you know.

Any US point of entry is fine

 

They'll review the documents in the sealed envelope. Ask a few questions and tell him/her to get married within 90 days. Then off he/she goes.

You can enter from anywhere.  When he gets up to Customs, he will hand over the sealed envelope of documents he will have with him (make sure it's packed in his carry-on and not his checked bag!!), then the CO may ask him a few questions and/or send him to an office.  They will ask some more questions there- but nothing major (if he passed the interview in his home country he should have no problem passing these few easy questions!). After that, he'll be on his way!

No, if you are already married then you're good. I'm assuming he's not coming on k1

We are already married yes and he got Cr1 ***. It's I-130 approved.

Sorry, I misread the profile form another user and thought you had a K-1. haha You're perfectly fine.

He can enter from any POE. You are already married so you can't "marry" again, but your existing marriage is legal in the US. Best wishes.

Also, make sure your husband doesn't open or tamper with the sealed envelope before he hands it over on his arrival.

Speaking of POE's, is any one of these better than the others. My ex got pretty well harrassed at JFK coming in. Choices: JFK, Dallas, Chicago, Philly? or any others?

We came in through Dallas and it was very relaxed, no hassles at all.

I had Detroit and Houston as POE until now. Both very relaxed and friendly.
