I met this filipina girl in the Philippines she is in the USA on a f1 visa or student visa. We want to marry each other is there any possibility to do a change of status once she has married me being that I'm a USA citizen

She barely got here she has one year on it. And yes we trying to get married this week if possible

you won't have any trouble then. To avoid trouble, just make sure that until she receives the green card, or at least the NOA (receipt) following the application, she follows the rules for the F-1 visa (check in with the international office, register for classes etc)

Congrats. Yes, you can file for AOS. Just note that:

1. If she leaves the US before filing for AOS, she cannot re-enter with the intent to file for AOS, This would be visa fraud.
2. Once she files for AOS, she cannot leave the US for any reason until she has the green card OR she obtains AP. I highly suggest filing for AP (and an EAD) with the AOS package...no extra cost. ETA: 3-4 months.
3. If she does leave the US after filing for AOS but without AP, AOS will be abandoned and she will likely not be permitted back into the US without a CR-1/IR-1 visa.

I started a post yesterday but i cant find it abyways im marrying a filipina on a f1 visa does she have to leave the country to get spousal visa even though her student visa is still active

No. If she is here you should do AOS. (1) It is faster because if she leaves it will take forever for her to come back (2) It is cheaper.

actually just over the weekend, I remembered the story of my friend, who married her sweetheart within 2 months of entering on an F1 visa, and had a heck of a time getting her 10-year GC since they thought it was suspect she married so soon after entering as a student.

So perhaps it'd be more prudent to wait 6 months, while she's getting adjusted to life in the US on her F1 visa. When you get married at that point, she'll still have enough time to apply for AOS/EAD/AP without being out of status, and you run less of a risk of having to fight those suspicions. You can use the meantime to get familiar with the process, save up for fees and get your documents together so you're ready to go after getting married.

Hi! I'm a Filipina who entered the US on an F1 visa and is now married to a USC on the process of adjusting my status here in the US. There should be no problem with you guys marrying and adjusting status. Just remember that a fraudulent marriage can lead to not very good consequences!  Although, there might be suspicions that your marriage is not real or that you SO came to US with a false intent. But if your marriage and love is genuine, I wouldn't worry about it! Congratulations and good luck! (:
